Traze is a small-batch pizzeria and café with a focus on square grandma-style trays. Born in Queens in 2015, as a pop-up, with our signature falafel pizza, we’ve now opened our first physical location in Long Island City. Our 72-hour fermented dough, sauces, and toppings are all made in-house. We’re open seven days a week, serving pizza, coffee, and more—all made with quality, freshness, and consistency at the heart of everything we do.
