Traze is a small batch pizza lab with a focus on square grandma style trays.  Based in Queens, Traze was born in 2015 with our signature falafel pizza. Our 72-hour fermented dough, sauces, and toppings are all made in house. Quality, freshness, and consistency of flavors are what we strive for in every pizza we bake.
